How Registration Works

Registration is completed by the school or institution. Each institution appoints one coordinator to manage participation.

Institutions should register before the relevant stage deadline so students can receive their dedicated sign-up link on time.

The coordinator submits the institution form with the required participation details.

Dedicated Student Link

After review, the challenge team sends the coordinator a dedicated registration link for students.

Student Sign-Up

Students complete their registration through the institution's dedicated link.

Major Track Select the student's academic major area.

BFE Majors

Business, finance, economics, accounting, management, and related fields.

STEM Majors

Science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computing, and related fields.

Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities Majors

Social sciences, arts, humanities, communication, education, and related fields.

Institution / Program Division Select the institution or program context used for ranking and awards.

BFE Specialized University Division

For BFE-major students at universities specializing in business, finance, economics, and related fields.

Top University Division

For students at leading national universities in bachelor degree programs or above.

Standard University Division

For students at universities and colleges in bachelor degree programs or above.

International Programs / Colleges Division

For students in international programs or international colleges in non-English-speaking countries.

Vocational, Polytechnic and Associate Division

For vocational, polytechnic, associate degree, applied college, and career-focused pathways.
